Shipping Policy
Marilyn Callahan takes great care in shipping her artwork to ensure that it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. We use only the best packaging materials and shipping methods to guarantee safe delivery. Shipping costs are free within the United States. A surcharge of $45 is added for shipping to other countries.
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom giclee prints on paper and canvas are made to order and are final sale. However, if your print is damaged in the mail, please contact me at marilyn@marilyncallahan.com immediately.
If you have purchased an original artwork and you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 10-day return policy. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your artwork to initiate the return process. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Shipping costs and insurance for returns are the buyer's responsibility. If any damage occurs on the return, it is also the buyer's responsibility.
